Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, Mountain Time. We do our best to make fast, efficient deliveries. Orders that are in stock and are under $199 will ship our within 24 hours. All order over $199 will be shipped Free during our promotion periods. If you are trying to recieve your product by a given weekend, it is best to order the Monday before that weekend. This gives enough time to allow credit acrds to clear, product to be pulled and shipped out.
All orders are typically sent via UPS Ground and should be received within 3-5 business days. If you would like information about faster shipping methods available, please email Shipping@Blackandbluepaintball.com. Please Note: Express delivery services may require a signature of receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the package at time of delivery and reject any parcel that is open, tampered with, or damaged in any way. Such products will be shipped back to our warehouse and a replacement order will be shipped within two business days of receipt. If a package is accepted in an abused condition, the shipping insurance may be void.
BlackandBluePaintball.com has a simple policy concerning returns. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products you received, and the product is unopened in its original packaging, we will refund your money no questions asked. We understand that due to whatever circumstances, cancellations are to be expected. Customers that place orders for products not in-stock will be sent an email confirming that the order is still wanted. At that time, the order will be placed like all standard orders and the customer will be liable for all charges and fees from that time forth. Credit cards will only be charged when the order has become available and ready to ship. Orders cancelled at the customer's request for reasons other than availability (and a credit card has been charged but no product shipped), will be responsible for a 10 % cancellation fee to cover merchant fees charged to BLackandBluePaintball.com. Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has shipped. However, if delivery of the parcel is refused, the parcel will be returned to the address of origin and the order will be handled as a return (see return policy). At the discretion of BlackandBluePaintball, payment will be returned to the credit card, or remitted by check to the billing address on the order within 10 days of cancellation.
In order to best meet your individual needs, we offer a variety of easy payment options. No matter which option you choose however, our sytems are continuously monitored to protect against fraudulent transactions in all possible situations. In the case that an order is placed, shipped and recieved by persons found to be using a card that is fraudulent, we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
